Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sample pack purchases are generally non-refundable once digital delivery has begun.

Our products include downloadable sample packs, drum kits, loops, one-shots, MIDI files, presets, and other digital audio assets. Since these products are delivered digitally, they cannot be physically returned.

Try Before You Buy

We want you to know exactly what you're getting before making a purchase. That's why we offer free teaser versions and audio previews of selected products, allowing you to explore the sounds and experience the quality before committing to the full pack.

We encourage you to check the previews and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
